Classic Coating's techniques can repair and refinish virtually any type of flooring surface. Here are a few examples:
This was a standard poured concrete exterior stairway in good repair, but aesthetically unappealing.
We coated the concrete with our special laminate compounds - which we can produce in virtually any color, and added the textured flagstone look to make these stairs look as if they were of custom laid stone. The results are truly stunning and totally controllable. Don't go searching endlessly for exactly the stone or surface you want, we can create it. It's strong, durable, and weather proof.
Concrete Patio Example
Very common in Southern California are concrete slab patios. They're common because they are inexpensive during construction. But over time the surface deteriorates, becomes discolored, and very often begins cracking. Here we were presented with a standard slab patio that had years of stains and endless hairline cracks (see larger pictures in our Before & After Photo section).
We prepare the concrete surface and trace out any design prior to the resurfacing. This allows us to have a pattern to follow, and for you to see the pattern before resurfacing...
We then flow our special laminate compounds on the surface creating an approximately 1/4" coating, and trace out the desired pattern in the compound. Once that dries, we stain the surface to the desired color(s)...
... and then hand paint the joints...
